6. PAYMENT + REFUNDS

All purchases are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Flodesk Checkout). By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

No refunds will be granted if your access is revoked for cause.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION + GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes will first be addressed via good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the laws of Maryland, USA, with venue in Bethesda.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mari Fetzer regarding The Prompt Code and related materials.
